About the Role:

As the Store Manager of our Kensington store, you'll play a key role in driving retail performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll lead a talented team, manage daily operations, and focus on achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance goals.

• 2-3 years of experience in retail management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising in a retail setting.
