This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retail brand in the fashion industry. As a Manager, you will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the store are managed effectively, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.Benefits:Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000Monthly bonus opportunity, related to sales performanceGenuine career progression opportunitiesStaff Discount & uniform allowanceSupportive and open cultureCycle to work SchemeStore Manager Responsibilities:Responsible for all aspects of store operations, including managing staff, inventory management, sales and revenue generation, and customer service satisfactionDevelop strategies and plans to increase store sales and profitability, while ensuring adherence to company policies and standardsManage staffing levels and schedulesEnsuring that team members are providing high-quality customer serviceTrain, mentor, and coach team members, promoting skill development and providing opportunities for growthMonitor and review store performance and provide routine reports to senior managementEnsure that store facilities and equipment are maintained and in good conditionCommunicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior managementExperience and background:Retail experience as a Store Manager or equivalentCurrently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performanceHas a track record of driving sales and performanceConfident leader and motivatorProven experience in delivering exceptional customer serviceBusiness orientated, to help move a retail store forwardThis is a great opportunity for a proven store manager to lead an exciting store and grow their career.
