A fragrance and skincare brand is looking for an experienced Store Manager with a passion and flair for customer service to lead their store in Leeds.With support from your Line Manager, you will oversee all aspects of your store’s business from stock management and operations to local commercial strategy and customer events.You should be team-oriented, with a focus on leadership and motivation. You will inspire your team daily with your passion for customer service, as well as your calm attitude and professionalism.Late nights and travel to other stores may be required.Your key responsibilities will be to:Be responsible for the day to day running of a standalone store and teamDrive forward sales, KPIs and company objectivesBe commercially driven, seeking constant brand opportunities to increase footfallComplete targets, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and weekly reportsOrganise and support in store and field events to promote the brand whilst working with partnering businessesRecruit, develop and mentor a team with a focus on training and educationAlways provide the highest standard of customer experienceUse your initiative and be super proactiveLead by example and support your team with daily tasksAlways maintain company standardsEnsure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheldLead training of current and new team membersProactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of people and planet, fundraise for the partnered charity through in store events and/or brand partnershipsLead and champion community initiatives providing inspiration and opportunities for volunteering, bettering your store’s local community, and ensuring an inclusive environmentTake responsibility for any Health & Safety issues that arise and ensure the correct action is takenAny other reasonable duties as requested by your Line ManagerWe’re seeking a passionate and motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years managing a stand alone store, ideally within the health and beauty industry. You’ll be a confident communicator who excels in using MS Office, Excel and Sharepoint. We value strong leadership and teamwork, so you should be comfortable working collaboratively and effectively with cross functional teams and treat everyone with honesty, kindness and respect.This role requires a self-starter with impeccable standards, a keen eye for detail and who can thrive in a retail environment, including weekends and evenings. You should possess positive energy as well as a desire to coach others and help them achieve their full potential at the same time as motivating them with your passion for customer service.A genuine love for the brand and the beauty/wellness industry is a plus!
