A beautiful contemporary homeware retailer seeks an established Retail Store Manager to support the continued growth of this business in Belfast and beyond. You will have a natural love for homeware and interiors combined with being experienced as a Retail Assistant Manager or Store Manager.
This business has a strong customer following both in store and online, this is a newly created position to support the additional growth and daily running of the retail store.
The Role of a Store Manager;

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Working as part of a team and being a natural leader.
• Completing the daily operational standards of the shop floor.
• Ability to work and exceed; daily, weekly and qtrly sales targets.
• Managing and development of the team around you.
• Excellent customer services skills combined with great listening of your customer needs.
• Ability to manage and build the CRM system and working closely in organising events.
• A natural flair for visual merchandising and interior to give your customer that wow factor in store.
• involved in any recruitment and hiring needs of the store.

You will be currently working in retail at; Assistant Manager, Concession Manager or Store Manager level. Desired experience of working in; Homeware, Fashion, Accessories or Jewellery.
