A fragrance and skincare brand is looking for an experienced Store Manager who has a passion and flair for customer service to lead their new Brent Cross Store in London.
With support from your Line Manager, you will oversee all aspects of your Store’s business from stock management and operations to local commercial strategy and customer events.
Your key responsibilities:
Day-to-day running of a standalone store and team
Drive forward sales, KPIs and company objective
Complete targets, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and weekly reports
Organise and support in store and field events to promote the brand whilst working with partnering businesses
Recruit, develop and mentor a team with a focus on training and education
Always provide the highest standard of customer experience in store to inspire wellbeing
Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people & planet, fundraise for our partnered charity through in store events and/or brand partnerships
Lead and champion our community initiatives, providing inspiration and opportunities for volunteering, bettering your store’s local community, and ensuring an inclusive environment
We’re seeking a passionate and motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years managing a retail counter or store, ideally within the health and beauty industry. You’ll be a confident communicator who excels in using MS Office and Excel. We value strong teamwork, so you should be comfortable working collaboratively and maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
This role requires a self-starter with impeccable organisational skills and a keen eye for detail who can thrive in a retail environment and offer excellent customer service.
