Job description: At Sunnamusk, our retail team serves as the cornerstone of our operations. We are currently seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to join one of our luxury fragrance stores.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Recruit, train, and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to foster a high-performance culture.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and take appropriate action to address performance issues and recognize top performers.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and preparing rotas and monthly payroll reports
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends and opportunities, and implement action plans to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Collaborate with the Regional Manager develop and implement promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and store merchandising plans.

Required profile: Previous experience in retail management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Passion for the fragrance industry and a desire to create exceptional customer experiences.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
