Our client is seeking a new Store Manager to join their team based in Coleraine within the Hair & Beauty Sector. As a Store Manager you'll lead, coach, and develop a team of Store Assistants to deliver high operational standards, excellent customer service, and strong sales performance.
You will ensure the store operates smoothly and in compliance with all standards. With a commercial mindset, you will think strategically to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the district's overall growth plan.
As Store Manager you will be offered an impressive salary of �34,000 with a bonus scheme on top.
Responsibilities as a Store Manager

• Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and selling skills
• Build strong customer relationships that reflect company values

• Motivate and manage the store team to meet sales targets
• Identify commercial trends and suggest improvements to product offerings
• Spot opportunities to grow sales

• Recruit, develop, and grow the store team

• Exceed targets set

Requirements as a Store Manager

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably within Management
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve store goals
• Ability to mentor and develop a team

• A strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and exceeding targets
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with retail management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office
