Ideal Candidate
- A highly driven and commercially minded individual with strong leadership skills
- Strong understanding of retail management principles, including store operations, sales targets, and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional shopping experience
- Highly organised with excellent planning and organisational skills
- Lead the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation
- Drive sales and profitability by developing and implementing effective strategies
- Manage and motivate the store team to deliver results and maintain a positive working environment
- Oversee stock control, including stock movement, availability, and ordering
- Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends and improve business performance
- Monitor and manage store budgets, P&L, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
- Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management on store performance
- Lead by example in customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
