Renowned for premium products and an exceptional customer experience, this company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Store Manager to drive sales success and lead a high-performing team.

This role is perfect for an experienced retail professional with a passion for sales, leadership, and delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

The Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of their Camberley store, lead the Retail Sales Team, and drive sales growth. This hands-on role requires a strong leader who can identify opportunities, foster local business relationships, and deliver against sales targets while maintaining operational excellence.

You will be instrumental in creating a seamless customer journey, coaching your team to excel as brand ambassadors, and aligning store performance with broader company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.


• Lead, motivate, and train the Retail Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.


• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive business growth.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders to generate leads.


• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience from start to finish.


• Collaborate with the Retail Management Team to align store performance with company objectives.


• Train, coach, and develop your team to provide expert knowledge and exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in retail.


• Strong experience in retail management and leading high-performing teams.


• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.


• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on driving results.


• A dynamic and motivated approach, with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
