This is a great role for an existing Store Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager who is a strong leader, wants to work with autonomy and has ideas to drive their business forward. Store Manager Responsibilities include:

• Maximising store sales and budgets
• Delivering exceptional levels of customer service
• Motivating and assisting a team of up to 10 associates and member of management
• A true brand ambassador, demonstrating latest trends and styles
• Promoting high standards through Visual Merchandising
• Driving company targets and KPI's to maximise sales and growth
• Leading well by example, shop floor presence and coaching
• Compliant across health and safety procedures

You will be a credible presence in your store and represent the brand at all times, have a strong focus with your customers as well as driving and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed targets.

We are looking for a Store Manager who is keen to work within a new store and share their experience with the region and can really add value to this expanding brand.
