Store Manager

My client based in Kimbolton are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Hours: Monday - Friday (6:30 - 9pm shifts) Saturday and Sunday (7:30am - 8pm)

Salary: £32-37,000 DOE

The ideal candidate:

· Will come from a retail management background

· Will have their own transport

· Live within a 10 mile radius of Kimbolton

Job description:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team, driving excellent performance and growth in a flourishing and well-loved store in Kimbolton. Reporting to the Owner, your core skills in management, leadership, and merchandising will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will enhance team productivity. Join us to lead a team dedicated to excellence in retail service.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in retail management and team leadership

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage sales and merchandising effectively

· Supervisory experience in a retail environment

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Administrative experience and phone etiquette skills are beneficial
