Our client is on an exciting journey of growth, and they're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Cheltenham team! With over 50 stores across the UK, they offer high-quality tiles and accessories to retail and trade customers.

\nYour Role\n

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will:
Lead, train, and develop your team
Build strong relationships with customers and local traders
Manage stock, merchandising, and store profitability
Deliver key KPIs and maximise turnover
Ensure compliance with health & safety policies

\nWhat We're Looking For\n

Retail management experience (Manager/Assistant Manager)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for sales, customer service, and team development
Ability to lift up to 25kg and work weekends
A proactive, hands-on approach
