Due to continued success and expansion plans, a brand new position as a Stores Coordinator has arisen within a well established company, who boast fantastic longevity with their current workforce:

• Managing day to day of Good In & Out, maintaining booking in system SAGE), recording stock locations, ensuring all paperwork is correct & present for despatched orders
• Maintaining and updating ERP system daily, data entering of POD information onto database
• Liaising with courier contractors arranging collections, monitoring services levels, highlight any issues to management
• Communicating with customers via email and telephone as and when required advising of part arrival
• Unpacking part deliveries as they arrive
• Updating excel spreadsheets and ERP system daily and compiling information for internal reports
• Assisting with physical stock takes as and when required

We would expect the successful Parts Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of stock operations, be an excellent communicator and have a proactive manner with an excellent eye for detail. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.

This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Stock Control, Goods in and out administration, or a Parts Coordinator position.

You will be joining the Corby Head Office of a company that has been established for over 40 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of expertise.
