Stores Operative

Job Description Ten live are recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client for a dedicated and detail-oriented Stores Operative to join their team in Dumbarton on a temporary ongoing basis for a minimum of 6 months which will be reviewed at the end of this term. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, physically fit, and has a basic understanding of IT, as data entry will be part of the daily tasks. The position will involve working on a shift rotation basis which will include days and nights (Days - Mon – Fri 7:30 am – 4 pm/ Nights – Mon -Thu 7 pm – 7 am).

Key Responsibilities:
Handling stock items, including packing, loading, and unloading
Conducting data entry to ensure accurate stock records
Supporting the team with general stores and warehouse duties
Operating a forklift

Requirements:
Basic IT skills for data entry tasks
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock
Forklift license (advantageous but not required)
Positive attitude and reliability
Previous Forklift driving experience

Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay rate of £13.98 (including holiday pay) rising to £19.61ph for overtime hours
