An exciting temporary opportunity for a proactive and dedicated Stores Administrator to join an experienced team. You will play a pivotal role across the business and must have previous stores experience and a good understanding of engineering products.





Duties to Include:




  • Goods receiving of packages and receipting into inventory or allocating direct to projects

  • Conducting daily physical cycle counts for preparation to the finance department

  • Maintaining the physical layout of the warehouse

  • Booking all tool units received from the customers and follow through to the tool production unit

  • Processing pick lists

  • Weekly 5S walkaround and checklist completion





Experience/Skills Required:




  • Stores operational experience

  • Engineering or manufacturing qualifications or experience

  • A good understanding of engineering products and drawings

  • Computer literate in MS Word

  • Experience of ERP systems

  • Forklift truck trained - desirable



Hours of Work



37 hour week - Monday - Thursday 07.45am -4.15 pm Friday - 7.45am - 12.45pm
