This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in automotive stores management to join a dynamic team on a rolling 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory of automotive parts and supplies.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of parts to various departments.
- Organise and maintain the store area for efficient operations.
- Handle stock checks and inventory audits.
- Liaise with suppliers and handle purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an automotive stores or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
