Background

Rubicon’s Client are an electronic manufacturing business in the Ferndown area, servicing clients internationally with their extensive production capabilities. They are now looking for a Stores Team Leader to be an integral member in managing the materials team and the activities performed within it.

This role offers a 29 hour working week, condensed into 4 working days - enjoy a 3-day break every weekend!

As Stores Team Leader, you’ll be:

• Responsible for supervising the Stores team, ensuring targets and KPI’s are on track
• Purchasing consumables when appropriate dependant on stock levels
• Scheduling and preparing products to be delivered, adhering to company policy and accompanied by relevant and correct documentation
• Preparing Works Order packs of materials ahead of production start dates, ensuring Production Teams are as informed as possible.

To be the successful Stores Team Leader, you’ll have:

• Experience within a warehouse environment and familiarity with all terms and production processes
• An attentive eye for detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
• An excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Strong computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and Project.
