Our client is a global and expanding insurance company in the heart of the City and have created this role as part of this growthIn this role you will be supporting the design, develop and delivery of transformation projects within the global underwriting and portfolio management functionsThis role is expected to deliver results by leveraging experience in both project management and stakeholder engagement, translating complex change initiatives into achievable plans. It is a small close-knit team spread across two other locationsResponsibilities will include supporting the planning, implementation and monitoring of change projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standardsDocumenting and defining new project ideas and scope, developing slide decks and project management documents to communicate strategic change initiativesLiaising with senior stakeholders across the business, therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be required This role would suit someone who has experience of working in a similar role in either the Insurance / Reinsurance / Consultancy sector Ideal for someone who has worked in the following roles: Project Manager / Management Consultant / Process Analyst / Change AnalystYou will have effective presentation skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in for ideas/solutions, facilitates the flow of information, up, down and across the organisation, and encourages the sharing of ideas/informationOur client is committed to diversity in all of its forms and operates an inclusive recruitment process
