Strategic Growth and Regeneration Manager

Interim Strategic Growth and Regeneration Manager (Outside IR35) - �550 per day - West Midlands - University -Hybrid Working - 12 Months
I'm currently working with a University based in the West Midlands who are on the lookout for an experienced Strategic Growth and Regeneration Manager to join them for an initial 12 months on an interim basis.

They can offer predominantly remote working, with only two days per week in the office as well as an immediate start.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team to help to deliver a number of mixed use projects from inception through to planning.

They are looking for an experienced Regeneration PM with a good knowledge of processes and strategy in relation to pre construction stages for commercial and capital projects funded through the Levelling Up scheme. Local Authority or University project experience is required.
