Strategy and Policy Officer

Work for an NHS organisation as an interim Policy & Strategy Officer (6 months & fully remote or hybrid).

Hybrid - Central London - �37,338 - �44,962 - 6 months FTC.

Seeking a proactive and experienced Strategy and Policy Officer to join the Policy, Strategy and Communications directorate. The postholder will be joining the organisation at an exciting time, as the organisation develops in new three-year corporate strategy and enhances its approach to strategic engagement.

Supporting the development of the organisations' strategic priorities and annual business plan, developing policy and strategy and positions and insights (typically in the form of papers and or slide-decks) based on both quantitative and qualitative data.

Engaging with senior stakeholders across the organisation via 1:1 conversations, supporting group discussions and/or delivering formal presentations.

What we look for

• Demonstrable engagement or communications experience, working with senior level staff, ideally within the NHS or similar organisation.
• Excellent written skills.
• Available immediately or on a four week notice period (max).

What we offer

• Salary: �35,727.13 - �39,199.42.
• Can be hybrid or fully remote.
• 5 days week - 37.5 hours.
• Central London.
