As a Strategy Director, you will be allocated to specific clients on a long-term basis and additionally there are ad hoc requirements for project based work, and new business work too. It’s an exciting role, with lots of variation and pleanty of opportunities to work on new challenges and find opportunities to grow. /p p As Strategy Director, you will own the overall strategic direction for your clients, working directly with senior clients to help them sett their trajectory for business growth, and defining media’s role in that. You will be instrumental in translating strategies into media actionable tactics through developing communications frameworks that take the strategy all the way into implementational planning. /p p We have class-leading data, planning and analytics tools. You will use these to ensure strategy is grounded in data and insight, thoughtfully planned and delivered with clarity on what success metrics we will use and how we will measure them in order to assess the effectiveness of the work we have delivered. /p p At Mediahub your role and responsibilities will be centred around the below core competencies: /p p br /p p strong Strategy & Planning craft skills /strong /p ul li Develop and own the strategies to power long-term media-led business growth for your clients /li li Write and own the strategies for shorter-term projects and campaigns /li li Use our data and insight tools to generate insights to feed into strategy development /li li Identify the need for, help design and manage, and interpret the outputs of, quantitative and qualitative research /li li Use communications frameworks to turn strategy into media tactics /li li Actively support and guide the implementationsl planning and buying teams, to ensure that your strategy is respected and comes to life in planning and media delivery /li li Work with clients to help them identify and articulate their business problems and translate these into comms objectives and role for media /li li Clearly articulate comms solutions /li li Build rationales for strategic approach, channel selection and planning tactics /li li Help educate clients and colleagues alike by sharing knowledge around best practice, industry insight and effectiveness data /li li Give strategy support on large scale new business pitches /li li Be a key lead on smaller new business pitches /li li Be involved in new business pitches, and lead some of these /li li Support the delivery of award winning work, recognised by Campaign, Cannes and other relevant awards bodies /li li There is an opportunity to write opinion / thought-leadership pieces, take part in industry events as a speaker, attend pannels and so on /li /ul p strong Client Service and team collaboration /strong /p ul li Be a trusted advisor’ to your clients, providing guidance on how bet to put advertising to work for effectiveness, support client decision making and build a sense of trust and confidence in Mediahub /li li Work closely with the business leads on your accounts to jointly ensure that overall client service is superb /li li Be a team player within Meduahub – as strategist you are often the glue’ uniting the business, planning, buying and analytics teams, by developing clear strategies that make sense and which all can get behind /li /ul p strong Employee Transparency /strong /p p At Mediabrands and Kinesso, we celebrate difference and believe this makes us stronger.
