We're seeking a dedicated Stress Engineer to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team. The role will involve analysing and evaluating the structural integrity of designs to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality.

Description

  • Apply stress analysis methods to evaluate structural integrity of designs.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to develop efficient and reliable products.
  • Conduct finite element analysis to validate structural models.
  • Develop and implement stress analysis procedures and standards.
  • Document and present stress analysis results to engineering teams and management.
  • Participate in design reviews to provide input on potential design improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry and safety standards.
  • Continuously update knowledge on new materials, methods and industry regulations.

Profile

A successful Stress Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of stress analysis methods and practices.
  • Proficiency in finite element analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
