Structural Engineer

Structural Engineer, Full time, Exeter, Salary up to £45,000 doe. Excellent benefits package, training and professional memberships.

Our Client is looking for a Structural Engineer to join a busy multi-disciplinary Team and be part of wider forward thinking Company who value their people and invest in their development

Are you a Structural Engineer who candemonstrate a combination of experience and qualifications including:

• Professional membership of the Institute of Structural Engineers and be working or prepared to work towards Chartered status
• Experience working in a similar or related role 
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with colleagues and clients
• Familiar with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and risks and hazards associated with asbestos 

As an experienced Structural Engineeryou will be able to:

• Design and oversee the construction of new buildings and structures
• Analyse blueprints and specifications to determine the requirements for projects
• Ensure structures are safe and compliant with building regulations
• Collaborate with architects and other professionals to create innovative solutions
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the structural integrity of projects
• Prepare reports and recommendations for clients
