Role Overview: As a Structural Engineer at�you will play a key role in the design, analysis, and assessment of various structures. You will collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to develop efficient and innovative solutions for our diverse portfolio of projects. Your expertise will contribute to the success of landmark developments in the vibrant city of Leeds.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Conducting structural analysis, calculations, and simulations using industry-standard software.

  • Developing detailed design plans and construction drawings.

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Assessing the structural integrity of existing buildings and recommending necessary improvements.

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize project outcomes.

  • Attending site visits and conducting inspections as required.

  • Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering�

  • Proven experience in structural engineering, preferably within consultancy or construction firms.

  • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, or similar.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, British Standards).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Passion for sustainable and innovative engineering solutions.
