Our client is seeking a talented and driven Structural Engineer to join their Wiltshire office. They offer the flexibility of hybrid working, which allows maximum collaboration and autonomy.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Performing detailed structural design and analysis independently for smaller projects
• Collaborating with architects, contractors and other engineers
• Taking responsibility for calculations and computer models for complex structures such as buildings or industrial projects
• Running small projects

About you:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 3+ years' experience in the UK industry or equivalent
• Keen to gain Chartership (CEng) with ICE or IStructE
• Proficiency in industry-specific software
• A proven track record in technical delivery
• Strong communication skills, with previous experience in team or project management preferred
