Reporting to the Head of Legal Services, you will conduct timely investigations and provide recommendations. /p p strong Your responsibilities as a Student Conduct & Complaints Officer, will include: /strong /p ul li Manage all aspects of student complaints and misconduct cases, ensuring compliance with university procedures and regulations. /li li Provide guidance and support to colleagues handling complex and sensitive cases. /li li Contribute to the development and implementation of revised processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. /li li Maintain accurate records for monitoring, audit purposes, and identify trends for improvement /li li Act as a senior point of contact for students, staff, and external parties involved in casework /li /ul p strong To be a successful in the role you will require: /strong /p ul li Experience working with regulations and procedures related to complaints and disciplinary processes in higher education /li li Have a strong understanding of OIA cases /li li Experience in risk assessment and management /li li Strong understanding of legislation related to data protection, confidentiality, and equality. /li /ul
