Challenges Abroad offers a range of exciting student-led adventures and volunteering programs that provide our participants with the opportunity to see the world while making a difference to disadvantaged communities overseas. Partnering with universities and student-led groups, we provide programs ranging from two weeks to three months throughout the year.
Part of our core proposition are fundraising challenges, promoted alongside student societies and select Challenge Leaders. These Challenges usually run for three weeks in the summer months and are focused on volunteering, giving a path for students to become global citizens.
Our aim is to excel in creating innovative overseas programs that are mutually beneficial to both the community and our volunteers and to become known as the organization of choice for responsible overseas volunteering. This role offers a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to develop personally and professionally, as well as amazing opportunities to travel overseas to see our programs firsthand!
Student Engagement Manager - Position overview:
The Student Engagement Manager will build and manage partnerships with universities and student organizations, recruit and mentor Challenge Leaders, and promote our programs to encourage student sign-ups. This sales role involves regular University campus visits, on-site marketing, and presentations.
