We are seeking to recruit several Student Support Assistants passionate about supporting children with special needs. You will be working within a purpose-built new school building, teaching across various age ranges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve, and deliver innovative provisions for children not succeeding in mainstream education.
- Utilise therapeutically based teaching strategies combined with a nurturing approach to classroom and behaviour management.
- Fulfil the needs of pupils experiencing behavioural, emotional, learning difficulties, and social communication difficulties.
- Motivate pupils towards high achievement.
- Exhibit excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
