Role Overview: As a Study Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting their students' academic progress and personal development. You will oversee study sessions, provide guidance, and maintain a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage students during study periods and independent learning sessions.
• Support students with their coursework, homework, and exam preparation.
• Foster a productive and respectful study environment.
• Monitor student behaviour and ensure adherence to school policies.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of study skills workshops.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address individual student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
• Provide feedback and reports to senior staff as required.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for education and student development.
• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage and motivate students effectively.
