Sub Agent - Highways 

Location – NR13 Norwich

Contract -  12mths plus 

Purpose of the role:

As a Sub Agent, you will assist the Site Agent and Project Manager on a highways scheme, we are looking for someone with a strong highways background , mainly earthworks, drainage. 

Job role 

• Maintain commercial performance of the contract 
• Be responsible for the successful delivery of projects 
• Produce and manage the project programme and supervise the delivery of it
• Report to the Project Manager on progress and performance. 
• Understand and interpret drawings and specifications
• Ensure all site team and supply chain are working to the latest design information.
• Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Permit to Work systems, site inductions and safety briefings are correctly carried out.
• Understand any temporary works requirements.
• Produce good quality, accurate monthly reports for the Client and internally 
• Participate in creating a knowingly safe working environment.
• Day to day management of a section of works including the supervision & monitoring of the site team & supply chain
