Key Responsibilities:

• Programme Management: Maintain a focus on project timelines, driving works to meet targets.
• Site Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring smooth operations.
• Meeting Participation: Attend pre-start and progress meetings, providing valuable input.
• Site Planning: Prepare site plans, risk assessments, and method statements for safe and efficient project execution.
• Cost Control & Scheduling: Ensure diligent cost management and adherence to the project schedule.
• Compliance: Ensure Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards are strictly followed.
• Progress Reporting: Provide detailed reports on contractual milestones to the client, ensuring transparency.

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum HNC-level qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience on Scottish Water projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in setting out and working within a principal contracting environment.
• Certifications:


• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid Certification
• Desirable: Roads and Street Works Certificate


• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work away from home as needed.
• Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
