Sub Agent

A great opportunity for an experienced Sub Agent to join one of the regions busiest contractors on a freelance basis. As Sub Agent you will be part of a driven team on a water-bias scheme in the Cornwall area.

As a Sub Agent you will:

• Be responsible for delivering schemes inception to handover.


• Contribute to the day to day operations on site, including labour/plant/materials allocation, temporary works, health and safety.


• Ensure that projects are completed within budget, within programme deadlines and to our clients technical specifications.


• Liaise regularly with Site Agents, providing programme and progress reports.

Our client requires a Sub Agent with:

• ONC/HNC/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent.


• Experience working on pipeline/drainage projects


• SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS Managers card.

Salary/Benefits:

• �400 - �450 per day PAYE
