Sub Agent

About the Company�- My client is a Main Contractor working on a Highway scheme in st Austell. They are seeking a Sub Agent to finish off the scheme, there is around 5 months work available. Previous experience as a sub or site agent on a highway scheme is required.

About the Role�- The Role will include; Assisting with managing projects (programme, H&S, quality), Managing sub contractors, Visiting various sites or could be based on one larger project, Daily liaison with clients, Daily liaison with site foreman, Assisting resolving daily project issues, Liaising with QS, RAMS, Lift plans, Project programmes, Lookahead programmes, ITPs, Monitoring site progress, Meetings, Resource management / planning, Material call offs, Material reconciliations, Record keeping, Assisting with tenders, General project administration

Responsibilities�- Candidates require:

• Site experience


• Subcontractor or main contractor experience in the UK


• CSCS


• SSSTS / SMSTS but we can provide this training


• Clean driving licence


• Good communication skill


• Ability to produce programmes
