Supervising Social Worker - Hybrid Working
Salary - £39,727
NonStop Consulting is working with an Idependant Fostering Agency with an Outstanding OFSTED in the Bedfordshire area to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
They offer hybrid working meaning that you will be working from the office two days per week and the rest from home, offering you more flexibility with your schedule and a good work - life balance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision & support to foster carers.
- Oversee a manageable caseload of 10, ensuring effective care - across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire.
- An Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding OFSTED rating - you will be part of a very nice working environment

Requirements:
- Be a qualified Social Worker.
- Hold a full UK Drivers Licence
- You have experience working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team
