My client a leading social housing main contractor are currently seeking an experienced repairs supervisor to come on board managing contracts in Lambeth and the surrounding areas.�

Duties:

• Complete Pre and post property inspections


• Monitoring KPI's and trade operatives


• Making sure all trade operatives adhere to the H+S regulations


• Liaising with the client , tenants and trade operatives�


• Responsible for providing a overview of completed work to the contracts manager


• Undertaking other duties to help other supervisors out by participating in call outs�


• Manage defects/Recalls The successful candidate must have experience within social housing and/or an repairs and maintenance environment.

Requirements:

• SMSTS


• Supervisory Experience


• Social housing experience�


• UK Driving Licence�
