Supervisor

We are looking for a Voids Supervisor for work on a social housing repairs contract in Sheffield. This work will entail overseeing the planned works on empty properties.
The Voids Supervisor will be required to:

• Work alongside the planners to ensure smooth organisation of works
• Oversee the direct labour team and subcontractors
• Ensure quality of service and works are undertaken are to the required standard
• Ensure health and safety processes are adhered to
• Interact with Contract Manager & project team ensuring satisfaction of service is achieved
• Liaising with tenants and clients to resolve any queries

I'm looking to speak to a Voids Supervisor that has:

• Experience working on repairs and maintenance contracts
• Social housing experience on voids preferably
• Full UK Driving License (company van and fuel card will be provided from day one)
• SSSTS or SMSTS

In return, the Voids Supervisor will receive:

• �38K minimum salary once moving permanent
• Company Van and Fuel Card
• 27 days Annual Leave + bank holidays (option to buy or sell holidays)
• Company pension scheme - 7.5%
• Company car or car allowance
