Supervisor

We are looking for a Voids Supervisor for work on a social housing repairs contract in Sheffield. This work will entail overseeing the planned works on empty properties.The Voids Supervisor will be required to:Work alongside the planners to ensure smooth organisation of worksOversee the direct labour team and subcontractorsEnsure quality of service and works are undertaken are to the required standardEnsure health and safety processes are adhered toInteract with Contract Manager & project team ensuring satisfaction of service is achievedLiaising with tenants and clients to resolve any queriesI'm looking to speak to a Voids Supervisor that has:Experience working on repairs and maintenance contractsSocial housing experience on voids preferablyFull UK Driving License (company van and fuel card will be provided from day one)SSSTS or SMSTSIn return, the Voids Supervisor will receive:£38K minimum salary once moving permanentCompany Van and Fuel Card27 days Annual Leave + bank holidays (option to buy or sell holidays)Company pension scheme - 7.5%Company car or car allowanceIf you are interested in this Voids Supervisor role, then please apply online or call Noel on 07488 866 702 for more info.JBRP1_UKTJ
