Position Overview:
As the Restaurant Supervisor at Alley Cat's Pizzeria, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to oversee the front-of-house team and ensure smooth service throughout the day. Responsibilities:
Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures, including setting up and closing down equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and securing the premises
Supervise and train front-of-house staff on proper service standards, including greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Give knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale system
