Position: Assistant Manager

Location: Wolverhampton (WV11)

Salary: �23,650 (Basic salary) + Monthly Bonuses based on store perofrmance; Realistic First-Year Earnings: �25,500+

Job Overview: As an assistant manager in Wolverhampton, you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance, with evenings off and reduced weekend hours. Your workweek will be 39.5 hours. Store operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm.

Responsibilities: Your role as a Supervisor will include:

• Elevating and maintaining high customer service standards within the store.
• Ensuring company and brand standards are consistently met, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Achieving store and company key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Bring experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented industry.
