Job Description Supervisor - Central and South Scotland
Ensure all projects are completed with the highest safety standards, while maximizing financial performance. Manage and develop team performance to ensure work activities are carried out efficiently, in line with agreed programmes and specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all legislative and corporate HSQE requirements, including site inductions, job briefings, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
Promote and enforce adherence to safety policies, including golden rules and best practices.
Oversee subcontractor competence and compliance with safety regulations.
Manage site operations to maximize efficiency and profitability, ensuring a clear understanding of contract pricing and cost control.
Track and compile accurate cost/value data daily and weekly.
Ensure works are completed to the highest standard, meeting contract specifications and industry standards to minimize remedial work.
Manage testing requirements and quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance.
Conduct inspections with clients before project sign-off to ensure customer satisfaction.
