Job Title: Supplier Performance Lead

My client is looking for a Supplier Performance Lead to manage range of suppliers across the EU and UK.

The right candidate will have experience managing supplier relations and have strong communication and organization skills.

Key Responsibilities – Supplier Performance Lead

• Responsible for the management of current assigned supplier
• Responsible for the management of current supplier performance
• Manage the relationship of suppliers to help support the of supply chain planning
• Work closely with the engineering teams to make sure orders from suppliers are on time
• Work with supplier across multiple time zones

Qualifications & Requirements – Supplier Performance Lead

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain or business management
• Minimum of 5 years' experience within engineer or manufacturing with a preference of aerospace but not essential
• Strong negotiation skills and experience
• Experience working within tightly regulated industries
