Supplier Performance Controller

Role responsibilities of the Supplier Performance Controller include:
Measure and analyst supplier performance
Review and adjust performance metrics under guidance and maintain data accuracy
Manage supplier continuous improvement action plans
Participate in the supplier selection process for new products and capacity expansion
Support supplier crisis management
Structure and lead supplier development plansPerson Specification of the Supplier Performance Controller:
Previous experience within supply chain or has a supply chain (or relative) qualification
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Salary
Up to £38k
This role offers two days a week working from home
