Supply Chain AdministratorLeeds£24,000 – 27,000 I am currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator position with a leading national retailer based within their Leeds Head office. Sitting within the Supply Chain Management team, this role has a big part to play in managing inbound and outbound purchase orders to maintain constant availability of product. Responsibilities: Raise weekly PO’s and issue to the China officeReview weekly pending orders Produce weekly sales reports using ExcelRegular communication with suppliers to ensure deliveries on are on time and arrive as per PO.Liaising with China office on delivery & stock updatesAmend PO dates and update clients on due datesAnalyse sales trends and product behaviours to build future forecast profilesManage company KPIs and ensure all documentation stays up to date.Review sales data of new lines and action accordinglyKey requirements for the role:Strong administrative skillsDetail oriented with the ability to manage data effectively Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; especially advanced Excel using VLOOKUP’s and Pivot TablesExcellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business.Ability to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to multi-task, be pro-active and work on own initiative, working both in a team and independently.To apply for this exciting opportunity and have the relevant experience within a Supply Chain environment then get in touch and send your CV today.
