Globally the company employs more than 3,800 people in 26 manufacturing locations in Europe, the U.S. and Canada with our history dating back more than 170 years.We are now seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join out team in Lyons Park Coventry.Core PurposeTo process Customer orders, complete despatch schedules, complete Export documentation for shipments and stock controlMain Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesCustomer orders:Print off customer orders from E-MailEnter Customer Order information into SAPProduce order delivery notes from SAPFile Customer orders and signed delivery notesDispatch Scheduling:Raise each days dispatch sheets from the Customer OrdersRaise release orders for dispatch from outside storageRequest transport for all dispatchesExport:Request all Export documentation for each Export shipmentLiaise with inspection and shipping agentsArrange and co-ordinate production and collection datesStock Control:Enter production and sales into spreadsheetsReport daily frozen stock levelsBasic compliance to departmental and business policies:Ensure work area kept clean and tidy in line with CAYG policyEnsure PPE and H & S company policies are adhered toProvide general support and assistance to other team membersMaintain high level of internal and external customer communication and co-operationEvery member of staff is expected to show respect to their colleagues and understand and adhere to Guenther Bakeries values; they are also expected to support all the teams with which they have contact in achieving Guenther Bakeries objectives
