YOUR CORE TASKS INCLUDEEnsure accurate order processing of all new orders, including, processing sales order and order related documents within the ERP systemArrange logistics for local project requirements and process deliveries from our European Customisation and Distribution Centre in LuxembourgOrder fulfilment of products, hardware options and other project related equipmentSupport customs processes for company equipment including commercial invoicesProcess project closures, pick slips, invoices and related project documents within the ERP systemActively communicate with customers, freight providers and suppliersEnsure Sales order data is maintained to ensure accuracy of project delivery and invoices datesInvestigate, monitor, record and resolve customer/internal queries for quality controlSupport the Supply Chain and Logistics team and wider teams to meet department and business KPI’sAny other related duties, as required by the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics, and such other duties as are within the scope of the job purpose, the title of the post and its grading.YOUR PROFILE1 - 2+ years of work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar positionOrder processing experience is desirableGood knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office package (knowledge in JDE or SAP is advantageous)Customer-centric approach to workExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProblem solving / analytical skillsDetermined to get the job done and flexibility to adapt to changing requirementsGood time management, planning and accuracyHave the ability to manage your own workload in a high volume environment.Experience in working with clients of various sizesYOU MAY BE REQUIRED TOSupport wider operational activities from time to timeSupport or take a leading role in local or group based projects and implementationsSupport other subsidiary lead projectsOccasionally travel to other sites
