Supply Chain Manager (Milton Keynes)

Position: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid role (2 days on-site, 3 days work from home)
Salary: £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

* Team and Service Management: Lead and manage the Supply Chain team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.

* Business Optimisation: Identify and implement strategies to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

* Purchasing & Logistics Initiatives: Drive key initiatives to streamline purchasing and logistics activities.

* Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce excess.

* Demand Management: Forecast demand and plan accordingly to meet business needs.

* Logistics Provider Management: Manage relationships with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration across various departments to achieve common goals.

Experience & Skills Required:

* Experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Procurement, preferably within an electronic or FMCG environment.

* Some experience of managing and developing small teams, implementing change where necessary.

* Exposure to global teams is a benefit.

* Proven experience in process design, redesign, and continuous improvements.

* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
