My client is looking for a supply chain officer, this role is to work onsite 3 days per week inside ir35, the remaining time will be working from home.
This role sits within the Process and Performance Excellence Team.
It is looking at the Governance which supports the Procurements, rather than the Procurement itself.

Main duties are:
Governance for procurements that are going through / Public procurement regulations
Stakeholder/Account management
Making sure stakeholders are aware of changes regarding governance.

SME
o Understanding governance, commercial sector, procurements
Previously have implemented and managed a governance and compliance service for strategic procurements.
Experience of governance processes within a procurement or commercial environment
Experience working on complex and high value procurement projects.
Experience in delivering business change / continuous improvement programmes.
Information security and/or governance knowledge.
Multi tasking
Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Able to support a team
Organising, planning, and effectively implementing projects and tasks.

Desirable:
PCR 2015
CIPS Level 4
