A Project Coordinator role has arisen in the Supply Chain Department of a leading FMCG company based in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering key projects.

Client Details

Our client is a large organisation within the FMCG industry. They are highly reputable and are known for their advanced products. Their Liverpool site is one of the key manufacturing hubs, dedicated to creating and delivering high-quality products.

Description

  • Plan, coordinate and oversee product projects
  • Work closely with various internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Prepare project proposals and present progress reports to senior management
  • Identify risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage project resources efficiently
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards
  • Coordinate project meetings and document key decisions
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of project management processes

Profile

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

  • Experience in a similar role - those with backgrounds in projects/supply chain planning/production planning welcomed to apply
  • Confident using project &/MRP systems - SAP advantageous
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of around �35,000 - �43,000 per annum depending on experience
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, flexible start and finish times
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days remote
