Supply Chain & Team Leading Tutor/ Assessor

We are delighted to be representing a government contracted training provider to recruit a Supply Chain and Team Leading Level 3 Apprenticeship Tutor/ Assessor based in and around Hertfordshire.�

Based from home, the Tutor/ Assessor will be responsible of delivering face to face/ remote/ workshop delivery to individuals undertaking an apprenticehsip within either Supply Chain or Team Leading Level 3. Travel will be involved with mileage being paid for journeys to and from learners workplaces.�

With caseload numbers averaging around 35, this is a fantastic opportunity for anybody with a background in Supply Chain and Team Leading to make a real difference�in their learners lives.�

Main Duties & Responsibilities�

- Assessor and Tutor the�Supply Chain and Team Leading Level 3 Apprenticeship Standards.�

- Conduct a mixture of face to face, remote and workshop delivery to your caseload of learners.�

- Motivating individuals through achievement of their Standard.�

- Understanding and setting SMART targets for learners.�

- Demonstrate good level of numeracy and literacy to support learners.�

- Motivate yourself and mange own diary/ workload.�

- Work to meet set targets within the delivery model.�

Experience & Qualifications

- Previous experience of working within a Supply Chain and Team Leading Setting.

- Qualifications within Supply Chain and Team Leading (Desirable).

- Assessing Qualifications (A1/ TAQA/ CAVA or equivalent - Desirable).

- Teaching Qualifications (PTLLS/ PGCE AET or equivalent - Desirable).
