They will ensure a consistent, timely supply of regulatory compliant products within budget, aligned with our company inventory policy, while meeting the demand requirements of UK direct sales.Day-to-day responsibilitiesManaging orders and supply from our internal EU factories and 3rd party re-packersRun weekly meeting updates with internal factories - sharing information and discussing current activity, supply performance and potential riskTrack and monitor any current of future out of stock products. Ensure no surprises, in terms of supply shortfallActivate weekly reports to ensure supply is aligned with inventory policy and current demandHighlight movements in demand to Head of Supply Chain and amend orders to meet requirementsEnsure correct alignment of semi-finished product into our UK 3rd party packer to ensure correct balance in finished inventory.Review the SAP/ERP recommendations to ensure all ERP generated proposals are aligned with demand, in line with inventory policy and resulting Purchase Orders are placed and confirmedEnsure SAP data relevant to orders is correct, up to date and cleansed as requiredMaintaining SAP master data relevant to Supply Planning to ensure the best view of current and projected inventoryRaising purchase orders for related services relevant to each supplier and where INCO terms require collection by Ethypharm, to liaise with the Logistics Team and provide information regarding collection requirement Skills/ExperienceTo be successful for this position you will have the following experienceEducated to A' Level or equivalentAt least 3 years' experience planning with SAP (PP, MM)Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is desirableUnderstanding of GDP requirementsExperience of forecast managementAble to speak conversational French and/or Spanish is desirableWhat we offer youA competitive salaryHoliday - 25 days rising to 30 with length of service plus bank holidaysHoliday Buy/Sell - an opportunity to buy or sell up to an additional 5 days' holiday10% Bonus - In addition to our competitive salaries, all our employees are entitled to join a discretionary bonus scheme (based on policy eligibility)Bravo Benefits Platform - offering a variety of discounts across well-being and lifestyleSalary Sacrifice scheme for Electric vehicles with Tusker (dependent on meeting policy eligibility)Private Healthcare for yourself and your family (if applicable) with an additional Medicash health cash planPension SchemeLife AssuranceHybrid Working (3 days in office, 2 days from home)At Ethypharm we recognise the value of diversity in the workplace and provide equal opportunities for all.
